A few museum

I toured the Museum of Natural history and the Air and space museum. Both were full os interesting artivacts. The U.S. history museum is being renovated so there are some artifacts in the Air and space museum some of the highlights were: abe lincoln top hat, the first barbie ever made, Kermit the Frog, Jackie kennedy's jewlery, Mr. Rodgers sweater, The sunstone from the Nauvoo Temple, a dres from Oscar De La Renta a well known American designer.

What a suprise

As i was on my way to see the White House I found the D.A.R. building. The D.A.R. is the Daughters of the American Revolution, I received a small scholarship award in seventh grade from and essay contest.

Many more monuments to see.

These monuments were so amazing to see. D.C. is so rich in history and was spectacular to see. Here are some pictures of the Lincoln memorial, Washington Monument and the Vietnam memorial.

One of My Dream Trips.

After spending four months on the east coast I was dreaming of visiting Washington D.C. The last weekend I was on the east coast my dream came true thanks to my two friend. I finished working Friday night and Holly, Christian and I headed to D.C. We stayed with a friend in fredricksburg. On Saturday morning we went to the temple and then headed into the city. I was was one of the most exciting day of my life, I love D.C. and hope to return to it. The weekend I was there was the Cherry Blossom Festival and the city was full of bright flowers.
